If you are looking for a straightforward way to purchase your desired watch, our click and collect service is the perfect option. Simply place your order online and choose to pick it up from our London boutique.

You will be greeted by our knowledgeable watch experts who will adjust your bracelet to your preferred fit.

Orders placed through Click & Collect are typically dispatched within 3-5 days. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered to our London boutique within 48 hours. In the rare event that your order takes longer to arrive, we will notify you by phone or email.

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Take your time browsing our website.
  2. Add the items you want to purchase to your basket.
  3. During checkout, select “Click & Collect” as your delivery option.
  4. Finalise your payment and complete your order.
  5. Once your order has arrived in the boutique, we will contact you via email. You can simply stop by or book an appointment with our experts by clicking here.

WHEN COLLECTING YOUR ORDER

When picking up your order please ensure to bring the following with you

  1. A copy of your invoice and a photo ID confirming your identity – either a current passport or driving licence.
  2. Proof of your billing address which should match the billing address on your order.

Someone else can collect the order on your behalf as long as:

  1. You inform us of their first name and last name in advance.
  2. They have a copy of the order invoice and a photo ID confirming their identity- either a current passport or driving licence.
  3. They have a document proving your billing address which should match the billing address on your order.
