Created by one of the very few vertically integrated watchmakers in the world, the movement in each Grand Seiko timepiece is handcrafted from components made entirely in-house, guaranteeing superior levels of quality, performance and durability.

From the quartz crystals grown in our own autoclaves, to the hairsprings at the heart of the escapements in our mechanical watches, every critical piece is made in our own facilities.

Complimentary Bracelet & Strap Adjustments

We offer complimentary bracelet adjustments (shortening or lengthening) and changes for official Grand Seiko straps and bracelets, tailoring your watch to your preference. For same-day service, we recommend visiting our boutique during weekdays. Don’t forget to bring along any additional links that may be required for the adjustment.

For certain timepieces that demand the expertise of our specialised watchmakers, and due to our policy of not keeping spare parts in stock at the boutique, watches in need of a repair or service should be sent to our dedicated service centre.
